Keon's Lvl50 Ballista/Specialist PVP/BSQ Build

Okay now. I will directly get to business, while Owra is(yet still) snoring on her bed. Gahh, she snores so loud, I can hear it from over here .__. (Trust me, I am an engineer, I can't simply lie!). Anyway, about my motivation I never mentioned before,- it came from my Senpai Slayze's video in youtube. I always wanted to fight like him(since always used to pvp like a boss wearing regular equips) and that motivation has led me this far. I have always wanted to fight Slayze in SEA IAH server, but never really got chance. Until, I finally met him in the NA(North American) server and got my dreams come true...

ANYWAY...CHOP CHOP!! Get your guns and gears loaded for people who needs this.

I didn't add info on cash equips.You should just get some special cash set parts, and some good MS(Movement Speed) balloon.And do get character card bonus with MS10% . Here are the combinations on how to get that:

First of all I would like to start off saying that ballistas can be of various type gear builds, mostly : speed,vit/hlt and evade types. I don't prefer evasion at all, so I am going to skip that. I will try focus on rest two parts:

1. Speed runner with high crit:
These are really fast in movement, and can reach like 380MS+ if got proper gears and all that by Lvl50! But their big disadvantage is they might lack accuracy(unless most equips soulcrafted with accuracy) and that their VIT/HLT is very low.

Speed gears are mostly made of:

3 set Pyrus (Agi and MS bonus)
3 set Monocle (Agi and MS bonus)
1-Star Lava necklace (If I am right, this one has 10% MS)
5-star Lava ring
5-star Lava belt (10% MS bonus)
Ryvius earring of agility.
Ryvius ring of agility.(They both together gives 10% MS and a bit AGI)
Skeleton Bandage / Burlune Bracelet*
Akanai cape (CD bonus)
Magma Crossbow

If you can socket your gears, then socket your akanai cape with CR(Critical Rate) and Belt with Accuracy or vice versa (above grade 4 6* star card preferable). Just max your AGI, Accuracy and if possible pump CR(Crit rate)/CD(Critical Damage) wherever you can.

Recommended Soulcraft(SC) effect on equipments:  AGI, CR(this one really important with good CD), CD, MS, Accuracy/Aim Rate.
Added Soulcraft(SC) if possible: VIT/HLT


*If you have Burlune Bracelet(get highscore in the Slumber Village map), then try SC it to get AGI, and then socket it with Acc/Aim Rate card. If you can do that, then there will be no need for Skeleton bandage.


2. HP tank build with high critical damage and crit:

Well, to be honest, the following gear build I am giving is totally on fact that we apparently have no Valkyrie set(Ragnorok Online map) parts available at the moment. So I am writing an alternative build just to help things out. This build gonna slow you down a lot (around 300MS), but gonna let you have much higher damage and sort of higher accuracy than before. So basically you can say: Speed build makes you a F-22 Raptor(extremely fast, but easy to kill when caught), while this build gonna make you more like a thick B-17 bomber(slow, but good armor and damage).

Full CP set(to get the CD) or full monocle set. (Got CD and Accuracy bonus)
Hero Sign Of Kazeura necklace
Lava 1 Star ring x 2 ( +25 HLT each if I remember right)
Ryvius belt of purity
Ryvius earring of purity (You get HLT, Acc, Agi from the set combination...woohoo!)
Skeleton Bandage / Burlune Bracelet*
Akanai cape (12% CD)
Magma Crossbow

Recommended soulcraft effect on the gears: Agi/Acc, Vit(HLT) and CR

Again, if you can socket your gears, then socket your back with CR and Belt with Accuracy or vice versa (above grade 4 6* star card preferable). Also socket rest parts with as much AGI and HLT as you can stack. The more thicker you are, the better your chances of survival. The higher your crit, the scarier your skills(snipe,shootdown,multishot,gattling rush) are.

Socket magma weapon with Agi.

Ok. There are certain different types of builds, and I totally encourage you people in trying out different builds made up from your own. Experiment is fun XD. NEW UPDATES(24/1/2013):

Since we have Ragnarok map now, I will just write about the build with Valkyrie. First of all, let us get introduced to the set bonus Valkyrie set gives us. It is basically a 7 set costume with following bonuses:

2 set bonus: Max HP+600
3 set bonus: Agi +30
5 set bonus: Critical Damage +60%
6 set bonus: Max MP +250
7 set bonus: Release Dimensional Resistance(lol!)

So as you can see, this is a preety decent set till 5 set bonus. It got three things we love: Health, Agility, and of course Critical Damage <3.

So, how would be use this set. Its a good combination to use if stacking Vit and Critical damage. Its sort of like the CP set build, but comparatively more health than critical damage. I personally like this one.

Burlune Fist (Agi, Crit, Aim <3)
Ryvius Belt of Purity (Agi, Aim)

Valkyrie Shoes(There, you got your valkyrie 5 set!)
Two 1-Star Lava Rings (15+15 = 30 Vit)
Legend of Combo/Ursano(Alexandre) Guru medal
Skeleton Bandage/ Burlune bracelet with Acc/Agi socket(I forgot which one can be applied).

Recommended SC stats: I strongly reccomend to get Vit or Agi on each and every Valkyrie parts. Rest parts, try getting CR/CD/Agi/Vit. 

Recommended Sockets: CR, Agi and Acc.

P.S> This set gives a big smack off MS. Also keep note, you can replace Valkyrie Wings with Akanai Cape for increased CD, but then you have to replace Burlune Fist with Valkyrie Gloves giving a smack off from Agi, Crit and Aim(bummer!).

Don't mind the Element Ring, I was wearing that for some other purpose.
